Being in the funeral industry, I have saw first hand just how hard grief can be to process and how important it is to have support from family, friends and incredible charities such as cruse.

Cruse Scotland offer hope when the future seems empty. They provide free specialist bereavement listening and counselling services, so that those needing support receive the right help at the right time, building resilience and improving wellbeing.

£10 may cover a 1-hour call to the Helpline

It costs £50 for each 1-to-1 counselling session

£100 trains a Helpline volunteer

£1,200 trains a specialist in children's bereavement
