Story
As a volunteer with The Invisibles for the past year, I spend Sunday evenings meeting and supporting individuals who are experiencing homelessness in Glasgow. Many of these individuals find themselves in temporary accommodation or sleeping rough, facing the harsh realities of life on the streets. This year, I am participating in the Celtic Sleep Out on November 15, 2025, to raise awareness about our work and to gain a small understanding of the challenges faced by those who are sleeping rough or in temporary accommodation during the winter months.
The Celtic Sleep Out is not just an event, it's a powerful opportunity to advocate for those who often go unseen. By joining this initiative, we aim to bring attention to the struggles faced by children, families, pensioners, refugees, and others who are grappling with hardship during what should be a joyful season.
The funds raised through this event will directly support Celtic FC Foundation's Christmas Appeal, which seeks to spread warmth and kindness during this festive time.
I massively appreciate your support to help reach my fundraising target of £135. Your contributions will help ensure that we can bring some magic back into the lives of those who need it most this Christmas. Together, we can make a difference and show that no one should feel alone during the holidays.
