In just over a month (14th July) I will be taking part in the London 10K for All We Can.

Nowadays it seems every person and their dog has taken up running and, for some, 10K may be a run in the park, but this will be my first ever race and the furthest I've ever run!

As a member of the team at All We Can, I am passionate about our mission to see every person's potential fulfilled and every donation will help us get that little bit closer to achieving this.
