We are running the Brighton Marathon for SHARE.
About SHARE - SHARE do unbelievable work supporting orphans and those less fortunate in Zambia. There are many schemes they run to help support every aspect of their lives from education to basic needs like food and clothes. SHARE, standing for Salesian Hearts Advocating of Poverty through Education, is a college founded charity aiming to enhance the lives of Zambian orphans.

Ollie - After visiting Zambia in 2023 I wanted to raise money for them as I can see the amazing uses they can put the money towards. I decided to run a marathon as a personal goal of mine and a great way to raise funds. Within weeks of registering I tore 3 ligaments in my ankle and was off all exercise with limited walking for 9 months. I have now had to train harder than ever to regain fitness and strength.
Austin - I saw the difference that SHARE make through Ollie's eyes when he visited, and my daughter Annabel is visiting Zambia with SHARE this summer. To help their work whilst having this experience with Ollie is all the motivation I need. It's his first marathon and my third but 12 years after my last one having lost all my fitness (and gained a few pounds in weight).
