For my little sister Lauren, I’ve decided to run 2 miles a day from October 1st till Christmas Day to raise money for Abby’s heroes.

Abby’s heroes is the charity Lauren has chosen to support. From seeing first hand as a family how much their work makes life easier when it’s needed the most, to providing accommodation for my parents to be there whenever is needed, to funding a fully equipped social area where friends and family have been able to visit and spend hours keeping Lauren smiling hasn’t gone unnoticed.

They’ve been able to provide everything we’ve needed to give our full support to Lauren, so to help them continue all their efforts I’ll be running 170 miles across the 85 day span to raise as much as possible to go towards this great charity. I welcome anybody who would like to run some days with me.
