Our mission is to save lives with groundbreaking research, education and information about brain haemorrhages. Every penny raised for the London Marathon will support our goal of funding one full year of brain haemorrhage research in 2026.

Story

On Sunday 26th April 2026, I’ll be running the London Marathon, (my first ever marathon) in memory of my fiancée’s mum, Suzanne Hooper, and to raise funds for the Natalie Kate Moss Trust. Their mission is to save lives with ground breaking research, education and information about brain haemorrhages.

In 2019, Cat’s world changed forever when her mum suddenly passed away from a spontaneous brain haemorrhage. No warnings, no goodbyes. She was only 53 - a devoted teacher, full of life.

The shock and heartbreak is something I see Cat navigate every day. If running this marathon can help fund research and spare another family that same pain in the future, then every mile will be worth it!

Thank you so much for your support - it truly means a lot!

About NKMT

Currently, only 3 out of 5 people will survive one month after having a brain haemorrhage. Every penny raised for the London Marathon will support their goal of funding one full year of brain haemorrhage research in 2026.

That's why funding research is vital to improve outcomes post brain haemorrhage and combat the devastation they can cause; not only to the people experiencing them, but their loved ones as well.

Thank you, so much, for choosing to help the Natalie Kate Moss Trust. Together we can save more lives – and prevent more tragedies caused by brain haemorrhages.

(Don’t forget to add Gift Aid – it makes your gift worth 25% more at no cost to you!)
