On July the 11th, I and my fellow compatriots at Rhys Harries Fitness Coaching will be participating in the Snowdon 24 hour race, which would consist of each runner in our team ascending and descending the summit of Snowdon within a period of 24 hours.

The funds raised would be contributed to the outstanding charity ‘Cardigan Cancer Care’. Cardigan Cancer Care is a charity that serves to support local people affected by cancer, one of which being my Mother.

In light of my Mother’s recovery from her latest major stem cell transplant, which she underwent to cure her permanently from the cancer of lymph nodes (non-lymphoma hodgkins), Cardigan Cancer Care has supported her graciously during this hard and challenging time. Thankfully, my Mother is making excellent progress in regaining strength and returning back to her normality, and is a sincerely true inspiration to me and others for her strong and inspirational strength and spirit.Based on this, I intend to raise funds for Cardigan Cancer Care, for their stupendous and warmhearted work they do and their dedication to support those who endure the pain and struggles of cancer and help them achieve victory against this scornful disease.
