Story
Watching what's happening in Gaza and the West Bank, it's hard to know what to do with the horror.
One thing that has given me hope has been learning about the work of the Galilee Foundation, a UK charity established in 2007 that funds higher education scholarships for Palestinian students in Palestine/Israel. They support around 250 students a year with financial aid, study-skills training, and cultural programming, while requiring recipients to give back through community volunteering.
This October, I'm running the Royal Parks Half Marathon for their scholarship programme. If you can spare anything, please do. Every pound counts, and so does every mile!
