Story

On the 21st June starting at 4pm I will be taking on my second 24 hour tennis marathon and held again at Great Dunmow Leisure Centre. But this year has even more meaning to it.

It’s called “Ollie 4 Ollie” and I’m doing this all for my fellow tennis coach and friend Ollie Toms who we all miss and we will be raising money for the British Heart Foundation. Over the last few weeks/months there has been some other people close to me that have sadly passed away which makes this even more important.

Ollie was a hugely popular figure not just in the tennis world but also in everyone’s life’s. It’s vital we remember and celebrate his life whilst raising awareness and funds to help and support others for the future.

Spread the word on the most important date this year and let’s continue the legacy of this great man.

The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target. Thanks!
