After witnessing first hand the consequences that sexual abuse and assault can cause and the long lasting effects, I am fundraising to help support an amazing charity that helps survivors of sexual abuse get the help and treatment that they deserve to equip them with the techniques through various forms of therapy so survivors can learn to overcome and manage their trauma.
