2 Epic events, 1 amazing and worthy cause!

I've decided to undertake 2 of the toughest challenges i've even set myself and all in aid of the worthy cause that is Action Medical Research.

Action Medical Research is a UK-wide charity funding vital research to help sick and disabled babies and children. They fight for answers that can lead to cures, treatments and medical breakthroughs for some of the toughest fights our children face.

The first event is in July and will see me cycle 300 miles from London to Paris. Given that i haven't properly been on a bike for 5 years this seems like a rather daunting challenge, hopefully it will be as rewarding as it is painful.

The second event is in September and as if cycling to Paris wasn't crazy enough, Race the Sun sees my team and i cycle 34 miles, then straight into a 10 mile hike and topped off with a 2 mile canoe all whilst navigating the rather hilly lake district terrain. We start at dawn and have to try to finish by dusk! Eesh!

Rather than ask you to sponsor my antics twice, i thought i'd put a single shout out to see if i can raise as much as possible for this fantastic charity.
