I’m participating in Trek26 with my wife, Sarah, and brother-in-law, Jon, to raise money for Alzheimer’s Society. Sarah and Jon lost their father to Alzheimer’s 22 years ago. Alzheimer’s Society are working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives, by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future.

Trek26 is a 26 mile hike through the hilly and mountainous Snowdonia national park. It’s going to be tough, with a lot of hours spent in heavy hiking boots.
