Story
On the 13th of July, I will be running the London 10K race to support MSF (Médecins Sans Frontières), an incredible medical charity providing lifesaving care in some of the world’s most dangerous places. Right now, MSF teams are delivering emergency aid in Gaza, Yemen, Sudan, and beyond—offering surgery, trauma care, and vital supplies to people affected by conflict and disaster. Their work is urgent, impartial, and often the only help available. Every donation helps them save lives where others can’t go.
Please support my run and this vital cause by donating to this page. I would be grateful for any sort of donation!
Thank you!
How can your support help?
- £21 can help pay for masks to resuscitate three newborn babies.
- £43 could pay for a blood pressure monitor to help detect underlying health issues
- £153 could buy a basic surgical kit, enabling an MSF surgeon to carry out surgery.
- £306 can pay for an emergency kit to dress 100 wounds.
