As a crew, through our involvement with the lifeboat, we are acutely aware of issues of mental health & mental health crisis. We have decided to come together as 1crew to raise funds but also to spend time together, talking, and also raising awareness of the need for men to talk and share their worries. Let’s start the conversation.

As a team we will train together, work together, and ultimately succeed together, as we take on the 6k Commando course at Hever Castle on October 10th 2026 in the hope of reaching our target and raising vital funds for Trust Links Essex.

Trust Links is a local independent charity aiming to improve mental health, wellbeing and the environment in Essex. They offer therapeutic gardening, recovery classes, social activities, employment training, environmental workshops and more.
