Our Mission:

One Pound General Hospital (OPGH), is a project of the British Charity ‘The £1 Hospital’

The main objective is to relief pain and illnesses providing free healthcare services to the poorest in Bangladesh.

We are dedicated to deliver maternity services in a priority basis to the poorest in addition to other services.

The Importance of Ramadan Giving:

Ramadan is not only a time for spiritual reflection and devotion but also a time for giving back to those less fortunate. It’s a time when our community comes together to support one another, embodying the principles of compassion and solidarity.

How Your Donation Helps:

According to Bangladesh government own research published in a national newspaper in November 2021, more than 35 million people could not go to doctor or hospitals due to high cost. 51% women delivered their child birth without any medical personnel support.

This hospital will try to meet this urgency.

to build the 50 Beds General Hospital in Bishwanath Sylhet in Bangladesh. This is a suitable location and easy access in about 3 million people in this locality.
