First of all - I hate asking for money but this time it is with a different mindset and reasoning.

As you may be aware in 2025 I was diagnosed with cancer on my tonsil and gland. From the moment my treatment started, FORCE charity provided unbelievable support and still offer aftercare support post treatment.

The charity survives on donations alone so the least i could do after returning to health is do something to help raise money as a way of saying thank you.

I have therefore decided to run the Great West Run to help raise money as a way to say thank you - any support and donations you can make will be received with heartfelt thanks.

As many will know, I loved running previously - this time is harder as I lost over 3 stone in weight and am effectively starting from scratch. I am fully committed to the training and will ensure I complete the full distance in a reasonable time.
