I am doing a 20km walk with my sister and close friends.

Many of you will know that Mike, my husband, was diagnosed with Primary Lateral Sclerosis (MND) in June 2024. After our initial horror at being directed to St Michaels Hospice for Doctors appointments, mindfullness, therapy and physio, we have found that it has become our "safe haven". The work that they do is beyond incredible and it is all funded by donations. None of us know when we might need this service, so please help to keep it going so that people like Mike can benefit from it.
