After 3 weeks of my time at CNA Hardy, I will be taking part in the Battersea Park Half Marathon for the Trussell trust charity to make a positive impact and to raise money.

More people than ever have been pushed into extreme poverty over the last decade as a result of Covid 19 and the cost-of-living crisis, leaving many unable to afford the basics or put food on the table.

In the last 12 months, The Trussell Trust recorded:

• 37% increase in food parcels

• 3 million emergency food parcels given out by food banks in the Trussell Trust network

• More than 1 million of these for children

• More than 760,000 people using a food bank for the first time

Throughout 2024 and 2025, CNA Hardy will be raising money for our corporate partner, The Trussell Trust, through our tuck shop, challenge events and CNA Hardy charity fundraisers.
