when I was born I had what they called club foot, after many consultations with other hospitals and with them saying nothing could be done my parents sought an opinion from Birmingham children’s hospital, so from 0-14yrs old I had various operations every 6months to a year to correct and fix my feet. Originally my parents were told I may never walk but the hospital did wonders, and with metal plates in my feet and other things I was able to walk and do things some ppl said I wouldn’t be able too. I have fond memories of being in the hospital and will be forever grateful for what they did. For me to be running is a massive deal considering this so I want to give a little back for all they did for me
