On Wednesday 16 September, Team Orbit will be taking part in the Together for Homes 5k at Battersea Park, joining colleagues from across the housing sector to raise money for Crisis.

For us, this is about more than a run. Every day, we work to help make sure people have a safe, secure and affordable place to call home. But we know too many people are still facing homelessness, and there is more we can do together.

That’s why we’re lacing up as one Orbit team: to show our support, raise vital funds and help Crisis continue its work with people experiencing homelessness.

Why we’re fundraising

Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. The money raised through Together for Homes will support its year-round services, helping people with housing, health, learning, employment and the practical support needed to move out of homelessness for good.

This year, the wider Together for Homes event is aiming to bring together 1,000 runners and raise £100,000 for Crisis. As Team Orbit, our goal is to raise £1,500 - and every donation, big or small, will help us get there.
