Doddie's Grand Tour 2025 · 5 February 2025 to 8 February 2025 ·

Doddie’s Grand Tour 2025 is the latest edition of Rob Wainwright's annual charity rides for My Name'5 Doddie Foundation. This Scottish route will see teams hurtling towards Edinburgh as they cover 700 miles in 4 days all to raise funds for MND.

Story

A team from Orchard CC in conjunction with Ayr Rugby Club, led by David Neill, will be taking part in Doddie's Grand Tour 2025 to raise funds for Motor Neurone Disease. The event will involve several grueling days of cycling, starting in Dublin on the 4th of February, riding to Belfast, and then crossing the Irish Sea by ferry to continue in Scotland. The journey will conclude on the 8th of February.

Please help us support the team by fundraising for this fantastic charity.

Doddie’s Grand Tour 2025

Rob Wainwright will lead the core team from Dublin to Stranraer on 'day 0'. On Wednesday, 5th February, the real adventure begins! Most brave individuals taking on this winter Caledonian adventure will join Rob on the road in the South West of Scotland. Their aim is simple: to cover a route of over 700 miles over four days, finishing in Edinburgh on Saturday, 8th February. Scotland plays Ireland at Murrayfield on the 9th, and we are sure teams will be warmly welcomed into Edinburgh for celebrations the day before.

Teams of keen cyclists and supporters of the Foundation will be joining Rob across this 4-day, 700-mile route, and we hope you will consider supporting their efforts through this page.
