This July I am running the London landmarks 10K to raise money for The Chartwell Children's Cancer Trust. (I can't run so this will be interesting!)

This Charity is phenomenal. It helps so many of my patients families in so many ways. Things like getting to hospital appointments safely and without the financial implication of parking fees, or taxi fayres, (majority of children with cancer are forbidden to use public transport to protect them from infections), and having an AV1 no isolation robot take a child's place in school, so they can still keep their attendance up and have that social interaction with their classmates teacher still, whilst spending months at a time in hospital.

This charity also raised £750,000 for our hospital, which went into building a state of the art Paediatric unit. One that I am very proud to work in, and one that my patients feel comfortable in.
