Just before Christmas, my older brother was involved in a serious accident. The incredible team on the Neuro Intensive Care ward at Addenbrooke's Hospital provided outstanding care for him. Their compassion and dedication made all the difference, and have enabled him to move ahead in his recovery.

In gratitude for the remarkable care he received, I am taking on the challenge of running the Cambridge Half Marathon in March.
