Throughout June, David Lloyd Bury St Edmunds will be celebrating Pride Month with a series of themed fitness and wellbeing events, all whilst raising money for an incredible local charity — Outreach Youth 💛🌈

Outreach Youth are a Suffolk-based charity dedicated to empowering LGBTQIA+ young people by providing safe, supportive spaces, creative activities, workshops, and weekly youth groups for ages 11–17 here in Bury St Edmunds.

Across the month, our team will be hosting a range of Pride-inspired classes and community events including:

🥂 Blaze & Bubbles

🚴 Rhythm Rides

🌈 Cyclone Rainbow Rides

…and plenty more celebrations throughout the club!

These events are about more than fitness — they’re about community, inclusion, visibility, and creating spaces where everybody feels welcome to be themselves.

Whilst classes are free for members to attend, we’ll be encouraging donations throughout the month to support the amazing work that Outreach Youth continue to do for young people within our local community.

Any donation, big or small, would mean the world and would help contribute towards creating safe, supportive spaces for LGBTQIA+ young people across Suffolk.
