Suicide&Co provides incredible services to so many people and fosters an amazing community. I am doing my bit to make sure that S&CO can continue to improve the lives of those bereaved by suicide - check out their awesome website or socials for more info.

I am planning to row 108k (3 sets of 36k) in a single which will hopefully take no more than 9hrs plus breaks. Enough time to raise awareness, get people talking, cover my hands in blisters and reach my funding target!

The estimated number of people directly bereaved by suicide each year is around 36,000.

I am taking on the 36k Challenge for Suicide&Co, with a fundraising target of £1000, so that together we can raise £36,000 to help Suicide&Co continue to achieve their mission of supporting individuals bereaved by suicide, and provide people with counselling sessions through Suicide&Co's Counselling Service.
