On Sunday, 5th October 2025, myself and Emlyn are taking part in the Cardiff Half Marathon. We are raising money for Popham Kidney Support, a charity based in Swansea that is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals across Wales who are dealing with the challenges of chronic kidney disease.

As a family, this charity is very close to our hearts. Iestyn, our younger brother, is living with chronic kidney disease and will need a kidney transplant in the very near future. Our dad, Emyr, is currently undergoing all the necessary tests to become his donor.
