Siwmae pawb!

I'm taking on the challenge of trekking the length of the Wales Coast Path (870 miles) to raise funds for the Wales Air Ambulance Charitable Trust. This incredible charity provides advanced life-saving emergency care for everyone in Wales, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The service is essentially a 'mobile emergency department' that has all the costs associated, and relies entirely on donations to keep their helicopters in the air. Those who enjoy the great outdoors know how much a difference this service makes in saving lives, but also in more rural communities, taking the hospital directly to those in need. I love trekking in Wales and this charity provides a sense of ease when I'm going about enjoying the awesome countryside.

Every pound counts and will make a real impact on the lives of those who rely on this essential service.
