This October I'll be taking on a longer run than I ever have before by completing the Cardiff Half Marathon. I'd love to use this as an opportunity to raise money for an amazing cause, and one that is close to the hearts of my family.

Disability Sport Wales carries out incredible work giving access to sport for differently abled people across Wales. Providing an outlet to ensure everyone has the opportunity to stay active, no matter the situation.

They gave a huge amount of support to my cousin Jonathan over the years and he in turn helped to inspire countless others with his hard work, bravery and positivity. By donating to the cause you could be supporting our next Paralympic stars, and helping countless people live richer, more fulfilling lives through access to sport that they otherwise may not have had.

I understand that times have never been harder for some people financially but every penny donated will be greatly appreciated and even a share of this amazing cause to your social media pages would go a long way to helping raise as much money as possible.
