Taking on the London Marathon to raise money for Ruils Independent Living- a fabulous charity in SW London working with disabled children and adults to help them live independently, as part of their community and their lives to the full.

Story

This year, I’m foolishly running the London Marathon to raise money for Ruils Independent Living - an amazing charity in South West London working with disabled children and adults to help them live independently, as part of their community, and live their lives to the full.

Ruils is a user-led charity that provides practical support, advice and community-based services for people with disabilities, long-term health conditions and mental health needs. Their work helps people build confidence, reduce isolation and have real choice and control over their lives.

The money raised from the London Marathon will be used to run schemes that combat isolation and loneliness, and to give disabled people the tools, support and opportunities they need to access their community and truly enjoy their lives.

Ruils is a local charity, meaning every donation, no matter the size, will make a genuine difference and go to the people who need it most.

Thank you so much for supporting us 💜🏃‍♂️
