In September, I'm running the Big Half Marathon alongside six friends to raise money for Blaze, a charity founded in memory of Benjamin Shaw, who sadly passed away from a DIPG brain tumour in 2021. Blaze raises funds to support other children/families affected by DIPG, and to help fund much-needed awareness of and research into this rare paediatric tumour.
