Our story

The Organisational Wellbeing Lab (OWL) at King's College London brings together students, alumni, academics, practitioners, and organisations to address workplace challenges and promote wellbeing through evidence-based organisational psychology research.

Your donation will help support research activities, participant costs, workplace wellbeing initiatives, learning opportunities, and other OWL projects. Donations also enable us to provide paid research opportunities for King's alumni who contribute to our research projects and help deliver real-world impact.

Transparency and impact

We are committed to transparency. Once each project is completed, we will publish the final amount raised and a summary of how the funds were used.

Current projects include:

- A UK representative research study on workplace bullying. Funding will support research activities, participant recruitment, data collection, and alumni research assistants working on the project.

- A research study exploring careers in organisational psychology. Funding will support project delivery and alumni research assistants contributing to the study.

Gift Aid

Are you a UK taxpayer? If you are eligible for Gift Aid, the government will add 25p for every £1 you donate at no extra cost to you. For example, a £100 donation would be worth £125 to OWL.
