SSNAP support sick newborn, their parents and those that care for them; by providing emotional, medical, financial and informational support.

Having had three children delivered safely thanks to the incredible medics at the John Radcliffe Hospital I wanted to do something to raise funds in support of that unit, and more particularly to help newborns and their parents who are having an even rougher ride than we did.

My friend and brother officer Martin Realey, the late director of SSNAP, inspired me to carry a washing machine years ago, and despite a ruptured achilles two years ago I am going again for my third time. This time I am devastated to say that it will be with him only in spirit, but what an inspiration, and what a spirit. A friend to all, and a true leader taken before his time.
