I've been, let's say "encouraged" to run a 10k to help raise funds for the brilliant charity my daughter works for. I don't run many 10ks. I'm not really built to run 10ks, so your support will really help (slash guilt-trip me into actually doing this).

They're called "Link To Change", and are dedicated to saving children from the toxic cycles of exploitation. Their vital work helps young people escape exploitation, build safe futures and helps them reclaim their voice.
