We fund research and raise awareness of MND to help anyone touched by MND.

Story

Twenty six Primary 7 children and seven staff will be walking from Fort William to Inverarnan to raise funds for charity whilst challenging themselves, making memories and having fun with new friends. Their 55 mile challenge begins on Friday 11 May 2023 and will complete on Sunday 14 May 2023 in Inverarnan.

About the charity

Doddie Weir is suffering from Motor Neuron Disease. The My Name’5 Doddie Foundation has two aims: firstly, to raise funds for research into the causes of MND and investigate potential cures, and, secondly, to make grants to sufferers of MND and enable them to live as fulfilled a life as possible.
