On Friday 25 September, Frances, Joe and I will be taking on a 12-hour challenge from Henley to London, travelling along the Thames by canoe, bike and foot.

We'll cover 10km by canoe, 70km by bike and 15km on foot, pushing ourselves well outside our comfort zones along the way.

We're taking on the challenge in support of Noah's Ark Children's Hospice, Invesco's charity partner for 2026/27. We're helping raise funds towards a £200,000 goal to support their incredible Specialist Play Team, who bring joy, connection and precious moments to children and families facing incredibly difficult circumstances.

We'd be hugely grateful for any support, whether that's a donation or simply helping us spread the word.
