Story
This Christmas, a choir composed of children who have bravely faced heart surgery, alongside the friends and family of a talented young band, have come together to create something truly special. They have recorded a beautiful Welsh Christmas song "Pob Un Plentyn" ("Every Child"). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=66lfhmA4D8c
The choir, known as "Cân o'r Galon" ("Song from the Heart"), was formed to celebrate the courage of these children, and foster a sense of community and support for children and families in West Wales navigating the challenges of living with Congenital Heart Disease.
The song, written by a local paediatrician and performed by the children together with young band "Coron Moron", will be released in the lead up to Christmas.
Our hope is that this project will help us to support local children and families affected by Congenital Heart Disease and raise awareness about the conditions and challenges they face.
By donating to this initiative, you are helping us raise vital funds for Paediatric Cardiology Patients within Hywel Dda University Health Board.
