This is where ticket money for our charity paint and sip night is collected to be donated to the white ribbon campaign in memory of Grace Millane. This is part of the FemSoc x Hockey x Cocktail Soc charity collaboration at the University of Lincoln as part of Graces week.

This event is open to any students at the University of Lincoln and is not exclusive to members of these societies! it is a minimum donation of £5, along with your full name, securing your place at one of our events.

Grace Millane was a University of Lincoln Student, a recent graduate who was brutally murdered during her travels abroad. Graces week is held every November at the University of Lincoln, hosted by Womens Hockey, a society which grace was involved in during her time at the university. Graces week aims to fundraise for white ribbon charities, to raise awareness and to educate others on what they can do to support the cause to end male violence against women, as a tribute and in memory of Grace.

White Ribbon has been chosen as our charity to support through this event as it works to educate at a grassroots level, and raise awareness of male violence towards women. Every penny donated will go directly to the White ribbon campaign to help them fund outreach sessions and support to continue with their cause.
