In 2024 I am raising money for Silkworth because they played such a massive role in helping my husband find his sobriety and maintain it.

Silkworth’s philosophy is to improve the awareness of addition and contribute towards ending the stigma that surrounds it. Anyone can be affected by addition, and everyone deserves the help they need to overcome it.

In my 50th birthday year, I want to raise funds for this amazing charity. I am going to run 52 x 5K runs, jump out of a plan, run the Jersey Marathon, and a few more challenges if my body allows!

I want to push myself beyond my limits to prove anything is possible if you have belief and determination. Please dig deep and if you can, spare a few pounds to sponsor me?

The funds raised for Silkworth will enable them to maintain their vital services to anyone affected by addition in Jersey.
