Angelina CASK Neurological Research Foundation in the USA is focused on driving groundbreaking research into CASK gene mutations. In collaboration with international partners, they’ve launched the “Cure CASK” initiative in partnership with UC Davis. This project explores cutting‑edge gene therapy aimed at reactivating the silent backup copy of the CASK gene on the X chromosome. Having successfully funded Phase 1, ACNRF USA is now fundraising for Phase 2, with the hope of transforming treatment paradigms and ultimately improving—or even reversing—brain function impacts associated with CASK disorders.
