Story
It’s coming up to the 3rd Anniversary of my beautiful friend Sarah passing away. I will never not feel sad and at this time of year I struggle a bit with my head. Today I took myself out for a run I in the rain close to where she lived and decided that I need to do something positive, for Sarah and for me.
I am going to try to run 100k by the end of May in 5k runs. Every time I do I will donate £5 from Big Crocodile and hope that some of you will donate too to spur me on. I know times are tough but even a small donation will go a long way. I will raise the money for the Rowans Hospice.
Rowans Hospice provide palliative care to the highest quality for those living with a life-limiting illness in South East Hampshire. Our hospice carers help improve quality of life for the patient by easing physical symptoms and offering psychological, spiritual and social support to both patients and their loved ones. Hospice care is available round the clock. We receive a very small level of statutory support from the Government, however, almost all of the money needed to provide our services has to be raised through donations and fundraising
