For the first 2 years of his life Jacob received support from Claire House. Claire House provided us with nursing staff to advocate for us, physio’s to encourage mobility and an endless supply of volunteers to make tea, offer a sympathetic ear and allow us to make memories. We will forever be grateful to Claire House for making the start to Jacob’s life so much easier.
