On Friday 19th June, Panjabi Cycling Club will be riding 104 miles from Wolverhampton to Aberdovey — a single day in the saddle taking on hills, headwinds and whatever the Welsh weather decides to throw at us.

We're doing it together to raise funds for Ava's Angels, a small Wolverhampton-based charity (RCN 1179168) that supports families with seriously ill children in hospital. They provide the practical things that hospitals can't — travel costs, overnight stays, meals, and emotional support — so that parents can simply be there with their child during the hardest days of their lives. No family should have to choose between being at their child's bedside and the cost of getting there. Every pound you donate goes directly to making that possible. Whatever you can give — the price of a coffee, a pub round, a tank of fuel — will mean the world to a family that needs it. Thank you for backing the club, the ride, and Ava's Angels.
