This Movember the Paradigm team are breaking out the clippers. we are not cutting hedges this time, instead clipping off the beards and growing a moustache for all of November!

We are aiming to raise a total of £500 for Men Matter Scotland. Being in an industry where men's mental health is overlooked, we feel it is so important to raise awareness for men's mental health.

It's a little known fact that the biggest cause of death in the construction industry is suicide. We feel it is so important to raise awareness of this and hopefully make a difference to a mans life.

We are hoping to raise £500 for our charity Men Matter Scotland. The team at Men Matter Scotland offer immediate one to one support for men in a crisis, along with wellbeing activities, therapeutic practice, peer to peer networks and specialist support for men who need it.

Please help us support these men that are brave enough to step into a word where they are helped and supported. Please give what you can and help us reach our target of £500!
