Park West Montessori Spring Philanthropy With GrowNYC

Join us in supporting our local farmers markets, community gardens, and sustainability efforts led by GrowNYC!
Through this year’s spring philanthropy partnership, our children will have the opportunity to visit our local GrowNYC farmers market, grow food scrap-based “gardens” in the classroom, and participate in a sustainability, farming, and philanthropy-focused curriculum with their teachers and classmates.
We’re excited to teach the children about philanthropy, community involvement, and the GrowNYC pillars of food access, green space, and zero waste over the course of April.
From Greenmarkets and Farmstands to community and school gardens, to Zero Waste programming, to education that cultivates the next generation of environmental stewards, GrowNYC has dedicated itself to making New York City a greener, more sustainable city for over 50 years.
Your support will help GrowNYC continue to support regional farmers, ensure access to fresh, healthy food, build green space across the city, and provide resources that make it easier for New Yorkers to live healthier, more sustainable lives.
