Being warm, clean, clothed, fed and having someone to talk to, is something so many of us take for granted, but for many people in our communities that is just not the case.

The People's Kitchen, Newcastle are open 365 days, serving 250-300 meals each day and operate entirely with volunteers and receive no government funding.

Christmas Day 2025 hundreds of people will present at The People's Kitchen, Newcastle which provides a safe space for many to have a hot meal, a warm drink and use the bathroom. On Christmas Day we want to make sure that everyone will be welcome and there is enough meals for all.
