On Friday 9th October, 17 Scouts and 3 leaders from 1st Parkstone will trade their beds for cardboard boxes.

We're taking part in Dorset's Scouts Cardboard Jamboree - building our own shelters from nothing but cardboard and tape, then sleeping out in them till morning. No easy night's sleep, just us, our boxes, and whatever the Dorset weather throws at us.

We're doing it to raise money for YMCA Bournemouth, who support people across our community who don't have the choice of a warm bed, offering housing, counselling, training and wellbeing support to get people back on their feet.

Every £10 you give could help fund a hot meal or a support session for someone using YMCA Bournemouth's services. Please help us hit our target and make this cold night count.
