In memory of Pat, we are raising money for St Peter and St James Hospice, a place that provided incredible care and comfort during his final days. Pat was fortunate enough to spend his last days in the peaceful and beautiful surroundings of the hospice, where the team went above and beyond to ensure he was well cared for.

Pat felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the compassionate care he received. The staff’s kindness, attentiveness, and dedication made an unimaginably difficult time more bearable and as comfortable as possible. It truly made a world of difference for him and for our family.
