It's that time of year again when I get out the begging bowl for our annual charity cycle - this time its 250 miles over 3 days to Koblenz in Germany (including two 100 mile century rides on consecutive days).

Many thanks for any donation you could give, no matter how small. I know you get lots of these requests throughout the year.

As usual, the event is in aid of our cycling club's chosen charity, O2E (Ordinary to Extraordinary), who do wonderful work to improve the lives of terminally ill and disabled children.

The cyclists and the event support crew all pay their our own costs and the O2E charity is 100% volunteer run. Therefore, 100% of all donations goes directly to make a huge difference to the lives of the children we support.
