We are taking part in a Pathfields Team Static Bike Ride for St. Luke's Hospice in memory of Dazz (a good friend to our practice nurse Lisa) and to thank St Luke's for all that they do for our patients.

This will take place at Plympton Health Centre on Saturday 30th September 09:00 - 16:00 along side our flu clinic.

Dazz was a loving husband to Tina Cole. He was always willing to help others. Waded and nearly sunk, to retrieve a little girls toy at Calstock. He did not know the child and managed to retrieve the toy.

He loved cats and "baby sat" Lilly - his good friend Chelsea's dog.

He went everywhere on his custom bike.

Always caring, very funny with a sensitive side and an infectious smile.

A true friend to both Rob and Lisa.

Will never be forgotten.
