My Running shoes and legs are coming out of retirement to take part in the London Marathon in April 2024. I was lucky enough to get a place in the ballot so all funds raised will go directly to the Felix Project.

As Mark and I will be in Australia and Vietnam in March, my training will also continue in hotter climes - watch out for photos.

1.5 million adults in London struggle to afford to eat every day, 400,000 children are at risk of missing the next meal. Meanwhile, our food industry generates 3 million tonnes of good, edible surplus food each year.

The Felix Project is a London-based food redistribution charity set up in 2016 to tackle both issues.
